Hoe – Momooty

“Mamooty” or “Mamootie” is a word originated from South Asia in 18th Century which means an hand tool for digging. These type of hoes are used for digging or turning the soil. We offer heavy duty mamooty hoes in three different sizes, made from forged steel.

The sharp edge is for better insertion into the ground. The indentions in the eye helps in blocking the head from turning while in use. The central nerve gives overall strength to the tool.
